Scouting for treasures!

I went to a recycle store (is that even the word for it in English?!) to just, well yeah, look around. I'm unbearably short on money right now, but I had an urge to find something. XD
AND I FOUND SOMETHING! And that's for mere 40DK, that's about 5€.

Look at my newfound treasures!!!
1#

2#

3#

1# Two incredible books! First a book by Jack London with two classical stories, "The Call of the Wild", and "White Fang", which I adored as a child. :) And then "Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy" by John le Carré.

2# Then a beautiful package of three vinyls with the whole score from Peter Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake.

3# And last, but not at least - the original Soundtrack from the Danish recording of the Swan Princess. (It was not intentional to find two "Swan" related products.)

But yesh! I am happy! :)

Two words: Healthy Obsession

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I got pretty hooked on this series called Game of Thrones. I had to get more of the universe, so considered buying the books series, but my economy told me: liiiibrary!!! So I did as my economy told me, and borrowed it. Pretty big goodie! Hail to George R. R. Martin for this universe!

I think this is a good thing. I made a list to legitimatize my obsession:
  1. I'll begin to read more
  2. The sun is up - so I'll be outside and ... read more
  3. I feel a little drawn back in time, since I was a fantasy freak when I was younger <3
  4. When the book is finished, there'll be another book! And another book! = I'll read more... XP

To buy - or not to buy

TO BUY - OR NOT TO BUY.....!
.... unfortunantly for me - that is not the question when it is about 30DK for two books....

I walked buy this bookstore at Strøget in Copenhagen today, and they were having this discount. I like.. books... And I saw that they had The Davinci Code by Dan Brown.. I've read it, but never owned it. I like to own the books I read... I like the idea of having the opportunity to take them down from the shelf and view them...... Yes...... WELL! It said TWO books, so I wandered round the store and found a book by Stephen King. Never read anything by him, so why not now! XP Looking forward to get through the killer book of science fiction.

Library Addiction

The last 3 weeks I think, I've been so no happy about waiting for the bus.. I don't know why. Busses just doesn't like me at the moment. I run after them, and the just drive by, I go off the train and there's like 20-40min before the next comes, because the previously just drove as I arrived...

Well! My point is, when I wait in a main city on my way home from school (where I only need a bus next to get home) I just don't wanna wait. XD They got a library, and I just go there..

The problem is - I can't walk into a library without finding something I find interesting and wanna take home to look closer to it. XD

This is how my floor looks like now:

And that's just the books I know where are right now. XD
Then I got 3 fat books with piano notes, and some CD's lying at my table.

The funny thing is. I can't even read properly! I'll never get through it!
My vision have failed me the past year, I got some reading glasses now, but after using them over a month I still feel like I have problems. Big problems actually. XP I can't focus on the text, damn stupid. Got wrong help, and used lots of money on glasses. . . Have to find out whats wrong. I love to read. But well. Now I found so many good books, I hope I can force myself through them, though it's hard.
